AREAS WE DELIVER TO: Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya and Tulum. There is a delivery fee depending where we delivery to.
WHY YOU NEED TO SHOW ID: Showing your ID allows us safe delivery. If you are not available to receive your groceries you may have someone to receive them for you.

ORDERING: You can order your groceries using our email address. We accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal payment or using your card with Stripe Gateway. If you NEED an ITEM CHANGED it my be changed within 72 hours.
CANCELING: an order can be done by mail or pone within 72 hours before the delivery date. To cancel un order it is necessary to write to our team through our WhatsApp +52 (984) 876 3022 (Playa del Carmen) / +52 (998) 401 4094 (Cancún). It is necessary that our team responds to the receipt by e-mail o verbally, otherwise Mex Dreams Concierge does not guarantee change made after. Although we will endeavor, for logistical reasons, Mex Dreams Concierge can not guarantee that changes received after the time required will be applied. In such cases we reserve the right to accept them. If the change is denied, the customer will be required to complete the purchase process as stipulated in the order confirmation. WHAT DO WE DO IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK: If an item is out of stock we Will purchase an equal or greater value item and if not found we will return your money.
